I’m telling you, this fixed the annoying rattle and vibration noise fast. One minute it was driving me crazy, and the next it was just gone. I’m 100% sure this was exactly what I needed.

I’m absolutely convinced this could be laid out better. There’s just way too much wasted space for my liking, and I noticed it pretty much right away.

My load kept shifting around while I was driving, and the whole setup just didn’t feel safe on the road. I kept having to pull over and check it, which was frustrating. I thought about reaching out to customer service, but I don’t really trust that they’d do much besides give me a generic response

Got my order from Built Right Industries and, the first thing I noticed was how solid everything felt. I was kind of expecting to have to fiddle with it more, but it fit like it was supposed to. Random side note, there was one small rough edge I wasn’t thrilled about, but not a big enough deal to ruin it for me. Overall, the build quality feels really good and I’m happy with what I got.

Overall, I think it looks decent and it actually fits my space better than I thought it would. That said, am I the only one who feels like a few parts look a little bulky? It’s not bad by any means, and it definitely doesn’t ruin the setup, but I was hoping it would look a bit more seamless and clean. For the style, I’d say it’s okay, just not amazing.

I used builtrightind the other day while I had a cup of coffee next to me, and the instructions were actually really clear. I didn’t feel like I had to click around forever or guess what to do next. Found what I needed quickly, which was nice because I was trying to get it done before heading out to run errands. Overall, simple, helpful, and not frustrating at all.

The design isn’t awful or anything, but using the site was a little annoying. A few pages loaded slowly, and I had to look around for basic info that should’ve been easier to find. Some parts of the layout feel messy too, just messy enough to make it frustrating. It works, sure, but it doesn’t feel very smooth or easy to use.

The product itself seems fine, no real issues there. I just wish they had been clearer about the wait time when I ordered. I ended up having to ask for updates, and it took longer than I thought it would. Not a huge deal, but yeah, it was kinda frustrating

The website is put together well and the basic info is there, but I didn’t immediately get that super confident trust feeling, if that makes sense lol. Nothing stood out as sketchy or anything, I just would’ve liked to see more customer reviews or a few clearer details. I’d consider using them, but I’d probably reach out and ask some questions first

I’ll give BuiltRight credit, they do have a solid range of customization options. I liked being able to pick something that actually fit my setup instead of feeling stuck with a one-size-fits-all choice.

My main gripe was that the process wasn’t always super clear. A few of the options had me second-guessing myself, and after making certain selections I wasn’t totally sure what the next step was supposed to be. I ended up going back and checking things more than I expected.
In the end, everything worked out fine, but ordering felt more frustrating than it needed to be. Better photos, clearer explanations, and more obvious next steps would’ve made the whole thing feel a lot smoother

The selection felt really limited. I was hoping to find a few things for my truck, but there just wasn’t much to choose from. Kind of a letdown...

I reached out to customer service a few different times, and each time it felt like they promised someone would get back to me or help sort things out, but nothing ever really happened. The replies I did get were vague and didn’t answer my questions. it just felt like I was being ignored after they said they’d take care of it. Frustrating experience overall.

So... it came with every bolt I needed, and I didn’t have any trouble putting it on. Straightforward and hassle-free.
